  • Order Status – Indicates the progress of the Order at different stages until its completion and delivery to the Customer.

  • Product Revision – A formal request by the Customer to modify or edit the delivered work, provided such revision aligns with the original requirements of the Order.
  • Quality Assurance Department – A dedicated unit within the Company responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and ensuring that all delivered products and services meet the required quality standards.
  • Support Team/Support – The structural unit of the Company that assists Customers throughout the ordering process, providing guidance and resolving queries.
  • Writer – A professional researcher and writer employed or contracted by the Company to provide academic writing services in line with Company policies and agreements.
  • Wallet – The Customer's personal account within the Website used to store credits. Funds deposited are voluntary and may be applied towards future orders.
  • Affiliate Program – A referral-based program offered by the Company, rewarding existing Customers with credits to their Wallet for introducing new clients to the Website. The Company reserves the right to define or change the reward rates at its discretion.

Order Placement and Account Registration – PingAssignment.com

Placing an order for our assignment help services is done solely through the official Order Form provided on the Website. This form is the only authorized method for requesting our services. Customers are required to provide accurate details regarding the scope of work, order instructions, academic level, and delivery deadline. Submitting precise and complete information ensures that the requested work is delivered exactly as expected.
In order to process your request, you must complete a quick account registration by submitting your name, email address, country of residence, and phone number. This helps us maintain secure communication regarding your order. If you face any difficulties during registration, our Support Team is available to guide you. It is your responsibility to update your profile if your contact details change so that you continue receiving timely notifications and updates about your assignments.
For security reasons, if multiple accounts are found under the same user, they will be merged with the first registered account created during your initial order.
By accessing and using our platform, you confirm that you are not a resident of restricted countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland. Order Payment and Discount – PingAssignment.com

When you place an order, you agree to purchase the requested service from the Company. The processing of your order will only begin after full payment has been made and authorized. The service fee is determined according to the Company's pricing policy and confirmed in the Order Form once the scope of work is defined. The Company is not responsible for delivering the service until the payment is received and verified.
Payments can be made through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or other secure methods offered by the Company.
At its sole discretion, the Company may introduce discount codes, promotional offers, or bonus programs for Customers. A discount code must be entered in the specified section of the Order Form for it to be applied; otherwise, no discount will be provided for that order. All Customers are given equal access to discount and bonus information without exception.
Following order evaluation, the Company may request additional time or payment if the actual effort required to complete the task exceeds the original estimate. Customers may choose to accept the updated order details or decline cooperation. In case of cancellation, refunds will be handled in line with the Company's Money Back Guarantee Policy.
Please note that all pre-bookings are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

When placing an order or purchasing services from the Company, you may choose from any of the secure payment methods available. In cases where a partial or full reimbursement is approved, Customers may either request a refund under the Money Back Guarantee Policy or transfer the amount to Credits within their Personal Wallet.
Each Credit equals 1 US Dollar and is securely stored in your account without any expiration or storage limits. These Credits can be applied directly towards payments for future orders with the Company, offering a convenient way to manage your expenses.
Funds are transferred to Credits only with your consent and at your sole discretion. Once the transfer is complete, the Credits are considered non-refundable and can only be used for future purchases on the Website.
As part of our loyalty and rewards program, the Company may also grant additional Credits to your account. These Credits can be applied as partial or full payment for upcoming orders, giving you additional value for being a regular customer.

Order Process – PingAssignment.com

Order Review: After your payment is completed, the Company may re-check the order details to ensure that the assignment requirements have been clearly understood. If any differences are found, the Support Team has the right to adjust the order so it matches the instructions you originally submitted.
Order Length: Each order is defined by a specific word count. On delivery, the final document must meet the agreed number of words. The total is calculated using the standard formula of 250 words per page (double-spaced) or 500 words per page (single-spaced). Even if the page count looks different, the word count must match. If there is any mismatch, you may request a reformatting of the document.
Order Changes: Updates to the instructions can only be made if the Writer has not yet started working. Once research and writing are in progress, no changes are allowed. If new details make the task longer, more complex, or shorten the deadline, you may be asked to provide extra payment for the additional work.
Required Resources: If your assignment requires specific study materials or references, you must provide them at the time of placing the order. If they are not supplied, and the Writer needs to buy or access them, additional charges will apply. Deadlines for submitting materials are:
  • Orders with 12–24 hour deadlines β†’ resources must be given within 30 minutes.
  • Orders with 24–72 hour deadlines β†’ resources must be given within 1 hour.
  • Orders with deadlines over 72 hours β†’ resources must be given at least one day before.
If resources are late, extra payment and more time may be required to complete the order.
Communication: We encourage Customers to use the Messaging System to stay in touch with their Writer or contact the Support Team directly for quick updates or help.
Tracking Progress: Customers can monitor the progress of their assignment through their personal account dashboard, which shows live updates on the order status. In addition, our Support Team is available 24/7 through multiple channels to provide updates at any time.

Order Delivery

Our Company takes full responsibility for delivering services on time, as per the deadline mentioned in the Customer's order.
It is the Customer's duty to ensure that all delivery channels (such as email, messaging system, and account access) are available to receive the completed work. The Company cannot be held accountable for missed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control, such as an incorrect email address, spam/junk filters, poor internet connectivity, or failure on the Customer's part to check their account. For any issues regarding delivery, Customers are encouraged to contact our Support Team for immediate assistance.
Customers are also responsible for downloading their completed service promptly once it has been uploaded to their personal account under the "Orders" page. Please note, that seven (7) days after the deadline, payment is automatically released to the Writer as part of our Writer Protection Policy. After this, the order is considered complete, and refunds are not possible. We recommend reviewing each file carefully before confirming completion.

Order Revision

To ensure maximum Customer satisfaction, we provide free revisions when requested within the specified timeframe. A revision request must be submitted in writing via the Messaging System within (45/60/90) days from the delivery date, depending on the type of assignment. For larger projects such as dissertations, theses, research proposals, or chapter-based academic work, revision requests must be made no later than 30 days after delivery.
If the revision request is submitted after the deadline, the Customer may request additional revisions for an extra fee or place a new order for editing.
The Quality Assurance Department holds the right to decline a revision request if it contradicts the original order instructions. In such cases, Customers may be asked to cover additional costs. Furthermore, if repeated revision requests indicate unreasonable demands or misuse of the revision policy, the Company may limit or decline further free revisions.
If all requirements are met, revisions will be completed free of charge, ensuring that the final work aligns with the Customer's expectations and original instructions.

Use of Products

By placing an order and making a payment, you acknowledge that the purchased service is strictly for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. The payment made reflects the research, writing effort, administrative support, and service maintenance required to complete your order.
